Ordering tickets online
Always buy your tickets from officially recognized sales organizations. The official ticket sellers for all events in the Capitole Gent are: Capitole Gent and Tele Ticket Service. Do not buy tickets from malafide ticket sellers!
To buy tickets online, go to our CALENDAR and click the TICKET BUTTON of the event of your choice to book.
If you want to book by phone or have any questions about your tickets, please contact the Customer Experience Center.
At the box office
If an event is not yet sold out, you can buy tickets before the start of an event at the venue in which the event is taking place. Caution: never buy tickets on the street! They might be forged and might not give you access to the event.
The Capitole Gent box office is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from noon. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m.. During the months of June, July and August these opening hours may vary.
Please note that for there is an additional service cost of 2 euros per ticket for tickets bought at the box office.

Ticket prices with/without extra costs
The ticket prices listed on our website are the prices you actually pay when ordering online. These prices include the costs for online payment, the service costs and also the costs for the delivery of electronic tickets.
For both online and telephone reservations, you have the choice of receiving your tickets as an e-ticket or as a paper ticket. For paper tickets, however, additional shipping costs will still be charged.
For telephone reservations, you must take into account an additional call cost of 0.30 euros per minute.
When purchasing tickets at the box office, you pay an extra 2 euros per ticket.
For a small extra charge per ticket, you can take out cancellation insurance for your complete reservation. If, just before the event, you are confronted with a setback that prevents you from attending, this insurance will refund your tickets.
Be aware of ticketing fraud
For most events, tickets will be sent by Tele Ticket Service at the earliest 4 weeks before the event itself. The main reason for this measure is the fight against ticketing fraud and the black market. By delivering the tickets only 4 weeks before the event, resale at extremely high prices on the black market is being impeded.
Do not buy tickets from third parties reselling tickets at higher prices. Tickets bought from ticket resellers are often fake and give no guarantee of access to the venue.
Resale of tickets at exorbitant prices is illegal in Belgium. Facilitation hereof via a website is prosecutable. Any person offering excessively purchased ticket for resale via these concerned websites risks to be prosecuted in court.

Lost or not received your tickets?
For some events, tickets are only available a few weeks before the event. If you opted for postal delivery, your tickets will arrive in your letterbox a few weeks before the event at the latest. If you opted for the standard delivery method in the form of e-tickets, then your e-tickets will be available for download at the latest a few weeks before the event. Log on to the website of Tele Ticket Service and go to 'My orders'. As soon as your e-tickets are available for download you will also receive an e-mail with a direct link to it.
If you have requested postal delivery of your tickets and you have not received them shortly before the event, it is possible that your tickets have been lost in the post. Please contact the Customer Experience Center of Tele Ticket Service to replace your tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: tickets can only be sent or prepared for download when Tele Ticket Service has received the confirmation of your payment from the bank. If you paid by classic bank transfer, this may take a few days. You can check the status of your reservation (and payment) on the website of Tele Ticket Service. Log in and go to 'My orders'. If the status 'payment required' is replaced by 'ready to send' or the pdf-icon of your e-tickets, then your payment has been processed correctly.
